At Nudebeau, we believe you should never have to wonder where your order is. From the moment it leaves us to the moment it arrives at your door, we want the journey to feel clear, simple, and reassuring.
Once your order has been placed and your payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your items are packed and handed over to our shipping partner, we will send you a separate shipping confirmation. That email will include your tracking number and a direct link so you can follow your package online.
Tracking updates usually appear within 24 to 48 hours after you receive the shipping notification. Sometimes the carrier may take a little longer to scan or update the status, especially during busy seasons or right after dispatch. This is normal and usually resolves on its own.
If your tracking status has not changed for several days, or if the tracking link is not working, please reach out to us. Email nudebeau@outlook.com with your order number and full name, and our team will be happy to look into it for you.
Please note that once your package is with the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by them. Even so, we remain committed to supporting you until your Nudebeau order arrives safely.
